Vintage Weight Plate Reviews!

You want to make a lot of money? I’ll tell you what to do. Review weight plates made by companies that don’t exist anymore!

Yeah, I’m being a little flippant. Many people have asked me why I don’t do more product reviews by current companies - basically, why aren’t you like the other home gym influencer type reviewers? And it’s an easy answer: because they’re really good at what they do and I love old weights.

Yes, I have affiliate links and it does help my channel if viewers use the links, but truth be told, the whole purpose of my videos isn’t to get you to click on a link to buy some digital calipers. It’s to explore the history and quality of old weights. Why? Because old weights, new gains! By the way, I do have some new mini banners that I’ll be selling. You know. If you want to support the channel and website.

I’ve done many weight plate project videos, but I never really found a groove until now. Once I seperated the restoration from the review, I feel like I finally found the right recipe. Here are a couple recent weight plate review videos. Don’t worry. I still have plenty of restoration videos on the way. Keep finding those old weights, cleaning them up, and most importantly, lifting them!
