HomeGymCon 2025!

I’ve attended every HomeGymCon, and this year was the biggest and best yet. Over twice as many vendors and twice as big a space, probably more, quickly filled with ticket holders and athletes. I arrived on Wednesday afternoon, and I filmed a short preview that night.

My oldest son and I worked to setup the HomeGymCon Grip Strength Championships throughout Thursday, and then I conducted the competition on Friday morning. Thanks to our sponsors and amazing athletes, the competition was very fun! Watch for a recap video on my YouTube channel in the coming weeks.

I spent the remainder of HomeGymCon trying equipment, catching up with old friends, and filming podcasts and videos. The first video I’ve published is with XMASTER Fitness. Rather than film an overview with short segments featuring lots of companies, I am rolling out several longer interviews and tours similar to the XMASTER Fitness video above. I like to have the time to interview the companies about their history; plus, I need some time to think through the HomeGymCon experience before I reflect on it.
